The house includes a living/dining room with TV, an open-plan kitchen equipped with hob, oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (150 cm) with an en-suite shower room (shower, sink, toilet). Bedroom 2 has two sets of bunk beds (4 single beds in total). There is also a utility room with a washing machine. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a double bed (150 cm) and a balcony, and Bedroom 4 also has a double bed (150 cm). The bathroom includes a bathtub, double sink, and toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a small gate providing access to the lake. Capacity: 10 people. Final cleaning is not included in the rental price (optional: €130). A contribution to charges of €50 per week will be requested between MID-OCTOBER et MID-MAY included.
