Beautiful property!

We stayed here with my parents and brother & sister in law for a week. It was the first vacation with our son & family and It was perfect! The house is beautiful, great location. Check in and out was a breeze & we loved the pool! Would definitely recommend

Great property!

This home is exactly as it is listed! Beautiful home, great location, clean, well equipped, beautiful pool and yard. This home has all the extras as well! Ping pong, pool table, putt-putt course, covered patio with t.v. and just one block to the ocean. This home is in the heart of AMI on the northern tip and a beautiful neighborhood.

Nice place, great location

My family really liked this property overall! Good location, good amenities, nicely decorated. We had a few issues with the A/C upon arrival and the staff communicated with and responded to us quickly. A tip for parents staying here with small children and/or babies: We chose this rental because it looked to be very safe for our 9 month old and 2 year old. However there is an open, hard staircase leading down to the bottom level that I did not see in the photos upon booking. We had to move things in front of it so it would stay blocked off from the kids and even then I was still constantly worried they were going to get around it and fall down the stairs. So if you are bringing small children just keep this in mind. Also there are no bathtubs for the kids, but we knew that when booking and just made it work.

Perfect spot, beautiful clean home

Renting was easy process, check in was a breeze. House looked even better than pictures showed. Spacious, clean, updated. Only issue we had was the pool guy showed up to service the pool when we had a lot of guests over. I made recommendation to management company and they immediately responded. Great experience. Otherwise a super relaxing trip. We will be coming back!

Amazing property!!! Highly recommend

This rental was one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. We do a lot of traveling and have done this process many times. We’ve also stayed on Anna Maria Island before. This house just had everything I wanted for my family (mom, dad. Grandma, 4 year old, 2 year old). The house was super cute & had such a beautiful “beachy vibe”, the location was close to EVERYTHING, had all the supplies we needed (except we needed to purchase laundry detergent. Wish some could be provided or at least leave soap previous renters left behind), the rooms were big and comfortable, the kids found a few toys/games in the cabinets, the Rec room in the garage was perfect for some downtime (billiards, ping pong, tons of pool and beach toys), and the pool area was also exactly what we wanted. I wanted a lofted house so my toddlers couldn’t just pop out to the pool. The house only had one entrance to the pool and it was down a flight of stairs and through an alarmed door (push a button to disarm it). This was why I got the property and I’m glad we went this route. Didn’t have to stress about them sneaking out and falling in the water. They loved the outdoor TV, mini golf area and the pool was clean and decent temp. Highly recommended this rental. Only issues we had were the initial check in. Our push code did not work and it was 9:30pm and we had tired kids. BUT I literally made one “after hours” phone call and the gal gave me a new code within 60 seconds. I also wish there was a tub for my toddlers but they learned how to shower, ha. But would be nice for the littles. We will be back!

Great property!

Everything about this home was wonderful! It was clean, beautiful, fun, and in a great location. The master bed was pretty uncomfortable but that was outweighed by how great everything else was.

Great stay

House as pictured, very clean, great location, short walk to the city pier and about 10 min walk to the other side of the island beaches. Well equiped. Pool it's excellent, not too big or too deep, warm enough to swim even with 60 degree weather we had. The only issue we had was with the master bed, mattress was awful thin and flimsy, not enough support from the frame underneath made it so noisy and uncomfortable that we ended up sleeping on the pull out in the master bedroom. Other 2 rooms had great beds.
