Luxurious Studio Suite Condo overlooking scenic 30A in Seacrest Beach nestled between Rosemary and Alys Beach. Condo has been completely remodeled and professionally decorated throughout with the latest amenities and brand new furnishings. The Condo sleeps 2 with a cozy King Bed and plenty of extra space. The studio has a separate sitting area with a full-size sofa and 65 inch smart TV. Studio is also equipped with a kitchenette stocked with a Keurig, microwave, dishes and a mini refrigerator. Deeded Beach access is located a short walk (.25 mile) from the Condo. Tram that runs March - October is also available directly from the Village.

Condo resides in the family friendly Village of South Walton complex. All guests will have access to 2 Heated Pools (when temps are cold) and a Hot Tub on the grounds of the complex. Gas Grills available for guest's use also located at the pool areas. With plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, beach stores, boutiques, and the onsite Seacrest Sundry grocery mart, there is no reason to leave your beach escape.

Unit comes with 2 beach chairs, 2 beach towels, starter sets of shampoo, soap, toilet paper and paper towels.

The place was clean and as promised however, the building was having the roof ripped off and a new one installed. When we arrived at 4PM, the men were finishing for the day so no problem. The next morning at 7AM, they equipment and noise started. By 9AM, the whole studio smelled like strong glue. A horrible smell. Other tenants came out into the hall and all were asking if everyone was smelling the glue. We opened the windows and left for the day. Came back later that evening and the smell was just as strong. We left the windows open all evening even though it was mid 40 degrees. Luckily, our stay ended the next morning. It should have been made clear that there was construction taking place at the building and there were chances of strong glue smells. We would not have booked if we knew in advance.

Adorable, clean, comfortable!

Loved our stay! Had everything we needed including beach chairs. Easy communication with the host. Comfortable bed!

Perfect location

A wonderful weekend spot to relax, swim, shop and walk to everything! The studio was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again for a weekend getaway!

SeaMist at 30A

This condo was perfect for my husband and I’s honeymoon! It is so close to the beach and tons of stuff to do. The private beach access was a bit crammed so we went further down to public beach access and gas a better time. The team was super helpful on our private beach day and the pool was perfect with the double red flag beach days.

Great weekend getaway spot. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and a great location. Checkin and check out was seamless. Beach access was nearby. Lots of great shopping and dining within a short walk. Overall great stay.

Lovely studio!

The studio is just as pictured. The space is nicely appointed and the location is great. There was nothing we’d change about it (and we’re pretty picky travelers 😉). My husband said he gives it bonus points for a really comfortable bed!!

So Perfect...

This small 1 room studio was absolutely perfect for my weekend getaway...even with a surprise visit from my husband. Top notch styling and the bed was so comfortable! Easy get to and easy to get in and out of. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip back to Rosemary Beach. Such a great place to relax and unwind.

Seacrest Beach overnight

Great location and clean property. Wi-Fi was very weak and created an issue for a business call. TV apps use Wi-Fi and we could not get any of the streaming to work but just for a bit. Disappointing features given todays remote working lifestyle.

Don't believe the pictures!

The hosts were very cordial and responsive, before and throughout our stay. However, while our expectations were not high, the unit itself was a disappointment. The description of "professionally decorated, completely remodeled, newly listed" was questionable and certainly NOT "luxurious"! There was an air conditioner problem requiring a portable cooling unit, and the entry door could hardly be opened. Both issues were subsequently resolved, but the humidity level remained uncomfortably high. There was a portable dehumidifier in the room, but its use was not mentioned. Ceiling light fixtures have exposed, glaring LED bulbs that don't dim properly, making the light level intolerable. A towel bar was missing over the vanity in the bathroom, no area rugs, no closet hangers, small table top ironing board, soaps provided were mere slivers, no mirrors except in bathroom, dirty floor, sofa cushions visibly soiled and shower head a mere sprinkle! The mini fridge sits on the floor and is totally inadequate for one-week stays. Great photography on website, but pictures and gloating reviews deceptive! We suspect the unit was not really ready to be rented but rushed ahead for the holiday week.

Perfect for a couples getaway!!!

This condo is absolutely perfect! It was bigger than we even expected! It was super clean and the bed was nice and comfortable. We loved the location! Walking distance to beautiful Rosemary and Alys beach for restaurants and shopping! The tram was great and we never had to wait more than a few minutes for it. We also enjoyed the live music in the square each night. We can’t wait to come back again!

Very nice

The location was fantastic, bed was super comfortable and very clean. Only downside is the beach. Now, that most bleach areas are considered private you have to share a small piece of the beach with all the condos, made the beach ridiculously crowded. You are better off going to the public beach

Perfect weekend getaway

The property is very well-kept and in a great location! We enjoyed having access to the pool, close parking, and the entertainment of the pavilion area. The walk to the beach was easy and very pretty. Shopping areas and restaurants were close by and easy to find. Overall, we really enjoyed our time at this property and we would love to return in the future!

Our family has been coming to 30A for summer vacations for many years. Once we became empty nesters, we decided to look for a place to purchase along 30A. We fell in love with the Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach areas, and our unit is located between the two areas.
