Caribe Resort Condominiums is conveniently located to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Among the many resort features, local activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand.

Caribe Marina:

Policies:
1. Check in is 4pm/Check out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in unit or on balcony.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Great condo

We have stayed at the Caribe several times over the years. This condo we look forward to staying at again. The caribe had some elevator , issues and several of the hot tubs were not working , but as far as the stay at the condo itself, we really enjoyed.

6th year at Caribe

Caribe is a wonderful property for adults and kids. Kids love all the pools, mini golf, docks, pickle ball and a lot more. Across street but really close to beach. Close to good restaurants and grocery stores. We’ll be back next year.

Family Vacation

The buidling is a older building and needs some updates. The condo smelled a little off. Like it was cleaned with sour mop water. Otherwise it was a great time for all. If you want a property with multiple pools and not have a lot of beach time it is great. Getting to the beach required a trolley and was ok if you are just a couple. We had one small child which made it difficult with her. The indoor pool on buolding B did not have a slide. The other buildings on prperty would have been easier for the pools and lazy river than buliding B. I did enjoy that there were so many pools to choose from.

Inconvenient

Very poor communications. Inconvenient key pickup. Agents had no information available and had to get back to me to answer very simple basic questions on where key was, pick up , and parking charges etc ( finally waived at office by Caribe personnel) . Way too complicated. Caribe is fine and condo is fine. Agent weak. 2 agents unnecessary and adds to cost.

Beautiful condo with perfect view

This visit was easy from check in to check out. The condo was perfectly clean on arrival. The kitchen was spacious and with up to date appliances perfect for cooking for our group. The pools were convenient to get to with all of our pool stuff. The view was the best part. We sat on the larger patio most of the time.

View of the bay was beautiful, day or night. Condo was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfy. Resort was wonderful with lots of amenities. Teens loved it.

Weekend at the Caribe

Great property and location. Plenty of pool areas both inside and outside. The condo unit was as advertised and provided exactly what our family needed to enjoy our vacation time together.

Overall would stay here again!

The condo has plenty of space and furniture and beds were comfy. Furniture has been updated since photos in the listing. Caribe is a great place to stay with a lot of amenities we enjoyed. The only negative was the check in and check out process. We had to drive about 10 mins from the property opposite of the way we came in or would go home. On check in the keys didn’t work and had to drive back to get another set of keys then on check out had to drive 20 mins total to return them as we would drive home in the opposite direction. I didn’t care for that at all. However, I did leave something behind and the property mgmt was easy to contact about getting the item left behind and was very kind and responsive and that was much appreciated. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

Very nice condo! Pools were great. Beach is close. Lots of great restaurants close by. Lots of activities on the property and nearby!

Amazing

We were super excited about all the amenities the condo had! You honestly never had to leave unless you just really wanted to. We went down to the beach every day in rented chairs and was able to come and go as we pleased without being worried about our swat being taken. The colbot restaurant is the best food in Orange Beach! This property is at 100% must if you’re looking for beautiful clean and relaxing atmosphere

First family vacation to the beach

The condo was better than what the pictures showed. The view was amazing and close to everything. The enjoyed all the amenities of the resort. Would highly recommend this rental!

The condo was very nice. The only problem we had was that we had a problem with one of the showers. We called maintenance and left a message, and never received a call back. But other than that the Condon was awesome. The location was perfect with the marine right outside the balcony. The beach was close with shuttle service available at no charge. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice complex

The good: The complex and amenities were very nice. Lots of room in the unit and balcony. We saw dolphins swimming multiple times a day. Mattress was comfortable. The bad: Had to drive 5 minutes down the road to property manager's building to get room key and had to drive again to return it so I did not like the check-in process. The unit was not real clean. The cooktop on the stove was dirty like no attempt to clean it had been made. There was an old french fry under the table. I had to wash the skillet before using it because it was not clean either. The unit also needed a little maintenance. Several of the tiles in and near the kitchen are loose and move slightly under your feet when walking. There was too much water pressure causing a constant drip at the kitchen sink and the toilet in the master bedroom whistled like steam coming from an old teapot when you flushed the toilet. The furniture was comfortable but it has definitely been used and looked a little beat up. It was a short stay for us while traveling so we did not notify the management company about the issues listed here. Hopefully, the had addressed them by now. I would stay here again.
