This newly renovated, 3/2 pet-friendly Key Largo vacation home is spaciously laid out over two levels with chic island-interior finishes throughout. Centrally located, it is 45 minutes from Miami, and just moments from John Pennekamp State Park, making it easy to get out on the water. Professionally maintained & managed; it features:
Ground Floor
The ground floor living area is bursting with sunlight and the ambiance of a true Florida beach home, making it easy to gather, relax, and create lifelong memories with friends and family. There are three living areas on the ground floor:
Canopy Corner: Lounge in the rocker under the shaded canopy while you get lost in your favorite book, or roast marshmallows under the stars around the fire pit
Breezy Dining: Fire up the grill next to the spacious outdoor dining area with seating for 8
Sun Soaking: Soak up the sun while lounging next to the HEATED pool.
This multi-functional area is also fisherfolk friendly, with a small outdoor sink to clean your catch and an outdoor freezer to store your catch or bait. There is also free parking available at the house for up to a 27 ft boat on a trailer and for cars (3-4 cars with ease).
Second Floor
The homeâs upper level features a bright and airy open concept kitchen/living/dining area with modern stainless steel appliances and tons of cozy seating for family movie night. Just off the living room is a screened deck, perfect for reading, enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. And when itâs time for bed, this home comfortably sleeps 6. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, and a third bedroom featuring a cozy trundle daybed that sleeps 2.

This home is centrally located, in close proximity to a wide variety of dining experiences & excellent nightlife. John Pennekamp State Park is only 0.3 miles away and offers all kinds of watersports and activities including swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, and kayaking. A short drive down the road is Ocean Divers, where you can book fishing charters, swim with dolphins, or enjoy the popular African Queen boat ride.
Bringing your boat? Access ocean-side and bayside marinas within 5 minutes of this location equipped with ramps for easy launch.
