Family Friendly Retreat Close to Cornell & Ithaca. 6bedrooms 3 baths.
Come relax at our retreat! This listing is for a well-appointed 6 bedroom house with 3 full baths located on East hill about 5 minutes from downtown Ithaca. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood just minutes to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. There is a beautiful backyard which leads to a town park. The main level of the house has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms while the lower level has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. There is a full kitchen, dining area and living room on both floors.
This house has been meticulously updated over the past few years. Because the house has two levels, it is perfect for multiple families with kids coming together or friends needing private bedrooms for each person. The back patio and deck are perfect for eating meals or sipping your morning coffee. The backyard is surrounded by woods and is very private. A little path in the backyard leads to a town park with hiking trails and a playground. This house has a full laundry room right off the kitchen which is available to guests. We do not provide access to the garage unless arranged beforehand.
There is a grill outside for guests to enjoy as well as seating on both the upper deck and the patio. Located on a dead-end road, but so close to everything Ithaca has to offer, this location is ideal for those coming together in ithaca.

I am mother of 3 adorable children and we live in Ithaca NY. My family and I love to travel, meet people, and explore new cultures. Our family loves to explore all the Finger Lakes have to offer and enjoys renting our homes to people from around the world. We are happy to share all of our interesting facts, favorite hikes, and amazing restaurants with you during your visit here.
Isaac is an educator, handyman, musician, and theologian. I am an artist, home-school mom, and a certified health coach. Together we own a property management company where we specialize in short term vacation rentals for the Finger Lakes Region. "StayInIthaca" & Finger Lakes Property Solutions. We mentor property owners on how to start their own vacation rental and help property investors purchase or sell their property. We enjoy helping them along the way in every detail imaginable from start up to daily maintaining of the house.

We love Ithaca. We enjoy hiking, good restaurants, local shops, and listening to live music. But at the end of the night or in the morning we want to be able to retreat away from the hectic crowds. We love this location because it is on a dead-end road. It is quiet, yet close to everything.
