Amazing Beach House!

My family and elderly parents had a wonderful time. The listing matches exactly what you see in person. The kitchen is well stocked with the essentials. The bathrooms have shampoo and soap dispensers. The rooms are cozy and the beds are comfortable.The host is also great and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I appreciate the 11am checkout time as it gave us time to head to the beach one last time.Everyone loved the beach house and we can't wait to return!

The home was in poor shape. Mold smell, holes in walls, smoke detectors hanging from ceiling, rotten boards on main steps, broken outdoor chairs, no home owner manuel of the house or leaving requirements.Very dingy towels and the boardwalk entry to the beach was overgrown and very dangerous for young people.

Great location!

Beautiful property in a great location on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked, and the house had all amenities we needed. The beach was a pier walk from the house which was great. The downstairs had beach chairs and misc fishing items. The house added so much enjoyment to our great family vacation!

Wonderful property!

We had the best time this week. We have been staying in Surfside for 15 years and this was our favorite house to date. Beautiful accomodations, great location and such thoughtful touches by the owners. We will be booking again for sure!

Spectacular

Great proximity to the beach and sufficient space for everyone. Our son and his family live in the Houston area and it was short drive to this location. This was definitely a treat for Illinoisans.

Home away from home

Our 1 week stay was amazing! the huge deck let us have all the time and privacy we needed while the beach was full by holiday goers. Once the weekend was over though the beach was entirely ours! The house has everything you need and the one time I had to contact my host he responded immediately (not for an issue, I just couldn't figure out something on the remote...lol). We're definitely staying here again! I've already had several friends asking for details on the house after they saw our pictures.
