Welcome to Konayuki House â Our Newest 4-Bedroom Ski-In Luxury Rental at RED Resort
Just a three-minute walk from your door to the slopes, Konayuki House was designed with every detail of your ski holiday in mind. Planning a summer escape for hiking or mountain biking? Youâll appreciate air conditioning throughoutâa rare luxury in town! A secure garage keeps your gear safe and accessible.
The heart of the home is the sweeping open-concept great room, combining the kitchen, dining, living, and games areas, and opening onto a heated deck with BBQ and hot tub. With two master bedrooms, two additional bedrooms with seven twin beds, and accommodations for up to 11 guests, this home is perfect for groups or families. Parking is easy with four spotsâone in the single-car garage to keep your car snow-free and gear secure, and three in the driveway.
On the lower level, youâll find the large single-car garage for bikes and skis, a spacious mudroom with five oversized lockers and benches for boots, and a bunk room sleeping five in custom teak bunksâbig enough for adults if needed. This room also includes bean bag chairs, a smart TV, mini fridge, microwave, and wet bar. The attached ensuite features a full bath with walk-in shower and double vanity.
The main floor is fully open concept with stunning views of Red Mountain, Granite, and the eastern valley. Custom teak furniture complements the space. The chefâs kitchen is fully outfitted with a 5-burner gas stove, Keurig coffee maker, Instapot, Ninja blender, and premium cookware. Bar seating at the island for six and a large dining table for 6â8 makes entertaining effortless. The living room opens to the heated deck with BBQ, cozy leather couches, and two loungers by the fireplace. A separate gaming table for six keeps puzzles and games organized, while a large laundry room and pocket bath with storage add convenience.
Upstairs, youâll find two master bedrooms and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The first master faces south with full Red Mountain views, a king bed, chaise lounge, smart TV, and a luxurious ensuite with fully tiled walk-in rain shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. The second master has a king bed with Granite Mountain views, a walk-in closet, and a full ensuite with tiled shower. The third bedroom features two twin beds and an ensuite with a soaker tub.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
As part of the booking process, we will require that you agree to and sign a copy of our Terms and Conditions.
Approximately 3 to 7 days prior to your arrival we will email you, via DocuSign, our Terms and Conditions to be signed electronically. You are also required to provide your credit card details for the purpose of pre-authorizing a hold of $1000. CAD as a Damage Deposit. The pre-authorization will commence on your day of arrival and automatically expire after check out and property inspection.
Provided that you have completed and signed the Terms and Conditions, you will receive an email approximately 3 days prior to your arrival with self check-In instructions to the property.
FOR LONGER TERM BOOKINGS OF 27 NIGHTS OR MORE
This requires an Occupancy Agreement to be signed along with a non-refundable deposit equal to one month's rent and a Property Condition Guarantee (50% of monthly rental rate) required to be paid.
Cleaning fees charged for longer term stays go towards the departure clean at the end of your stay, additional cleaning charges may apply depending on the state of the property upon check out.
Please note that toiletries and laundry detergent are not supplied for long term bookings. Starter supplies including toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and garbage bags are provided.
