- a functional shower room;
- a fully-equipped kitchen;
- a relaxation area with a 120 x 190 sofa bed.
You'll particularly appreciate its practicality and calm.
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Washing machine, Hair dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Oven, 2-burner induction hob, Refrigerator, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Blender, Coffee machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The studio is located :
- close to public transport ;
- 350 m from an âIntermarchĂ©â for everyday shopping;
- 5 minutes by bike from the beach.
Public parking spaces on the road below and around the building are free for the first 30 minutes and all day on Sundays and public holidays.

Gambetta is not a very large district, yet it has several shopping streets: the Rue de France, famous throughout the city for its shops. Accessible by tram, this district has everything to please!
