Family Private Summer Homes w. Yards near Beach
Two side by side modern maisonettes fully equipped & air-conditioned, able to comfortably accommodate up to 12 people. In total, both residences offer 6 double bedrooms (2 with ensuite WCs), 4 fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, two living rooms with fireplaces, and 4 bathrooms. Both maisonettes are surrounded by private terraces and balconies plus a wonderful barbecue with a roofed dining area! The famous Kalamaki sandy beach is just minutes away while Chania city center is just a 12â drive.
Our newly built group of two spacious maisonettes offers absolute comfort and is able to accommodate up to 12 people in 260m2, making it an ideal choice for large groups of friends or families close to the city of Chania and just 500m from the nearest beach.
Both homes are designed as follows: on the ground floor, there are 3 spacious bedrooms (one with ensuite WC), one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen while on the first floor there is an open space living room with a fireplace, dining room, and a second bathroom plus extra equipped kitchen. In total, both residences offer 6 double bedrooms (2 with ensuite WCs), 4 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms with fireplaces, and 4 bathrooms.
Both maisonettes are fully air-conditioned but there are also fireplaces for wintertime visitors. Natural light bathes all interior spaces while windows offer lovely views of the outside, the full of green landscape, and the sea in the background.
The first floors of the maisonettes are surrounded by balconies offering great views of the garden, the greater area, and the Cretan sea in the background. There are also large dining tables and chairs that can comfortably accommodate visitors. The ground floor is surrounded by a paved terrace with plenty of space to enjoy moments of relaxation. There is a stone-built barbeque with a roofed sitting and dining area. Private parking space is also available within the complex.
The house is conveniently situated on the outskirts of Chania and only 500m away from the nearest sandy beach. It is an ideal location if you like to stay away from the busy Chania city center but also be next to the beach and to the famous seafront of Kalamaki and Agioi Apostoloi offering all kinds of services, shops, water sports, and nightlife.

Galatas is located 5km west of Chania, close to Agioi Apostoloi and Agia Marina. The wider area is a well-developed resort that attracts a large number of visitors each summer. Kalamaki, which is the coastal part of Galatas, has a fantastic sandy beach. The beach is very well organized and provides all possible touristic services and water sports facilities. The area offers all necessary services and amenities such as supermarkets, ATMs, pharmacies, bars, cafes, and restaurants. There are also regular bus services to the city of Chania.

This listing consists of two independent listings of their own. It is available for large groups who want to book both locations at the same time at a competitive price. They are located next to each other and offer absolute privacy and comfort.
