This lovely 35 mÂČ duplex is located on the ground floor of the Saskia residence, which has a nice communal outdoor pool. The main room offers a welcoming living space with a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker), dining area, and a comfortable lounge with a convertible sofa and television. Upstairs, you will find a semi-closed mezzanine bedroom furnished with a double bed (140 cm). The fully renovated bathroom includes a modern shower and sink unit. Outside, enjoy a charming garden with a 6 mÂČ wooden terrace, fenced and without any overlooking neighbors. There is a shared pool in the residence. Outdoor parking.
