The Tanchet beach, appreciated for swimming and water sports, is only 10 minutes walk away. The dynamic city centre of Les Sables d'Olonne is easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.
An electric bike station is located at the foot of the residence.

An open and functional kitchen, fully equipped: ceramic hob, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, Krups coffee maker.

At night, you will have:
A bedroom with a double bed in 160, bedside tables and storage.
