You will appreciate its location just a 5-minute walk from sandy beaches, bars, and restaurants, and a 15-minute bike ride from the village where you will find all the amenities you need.
Sheltered from noise and prying eyes, enjoy the south-facing terrace, which is furnished for sharing summer meals.
This 75 mÂČ house can accommodate 6 people.
It has:
- Entrance hall with storage space.
- Living room with sofas, coffee table, and television.
- Dining area, fireplace.
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, microwave,
refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
- Bedroom 1 with 160 cm double bed and storage space.
- Shower room with washing machine.
- Separate toilet.
Upstairs:
- Two single beds on the landing.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (140 cm), storage space.
