The villa for 6 adults and 2 children in Andalus-style is located within the exclusive residential area of Roche, directly at the pine forest and less than 900m from one of the finest stretches of sand on the Costa de la Luz: the Atlantic beach stretches some 7km in one direction, where it finishes at the abandoned tuna fishing port of Sancti Petri, and 500m in the other, where low sandstone cliffs rise to form a series of tiny sandy coves and rock pools known as the Calas de Conil.
Andalusian Jewel offers a combination of forest, beach, comfort and mature spacious gardens that is very difficult to find on the CĂĄdiz coast.
Combining spanish charm and modern comfort in a unique way, the villa is the perfect place to enjoy your next holiday. Surrounded by unveiled nature and with panoramic views, the accommodation offers three comfortable double bedrooms, a studio and three modern bathrooms for up to 7 guests.
Separated on two levels, the ground floor welcomes its guests with an open concept. The spacious living-room with a library and fireplace connects to a dining area for all guests. There is satellite TV, and a music system.
The kitchen offers the highest standard of full cooking equipment with an extra household room. On the ground floor there is also one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and office area. The rooms have access to the terrace, surrounding garden and pool.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and balcony from which you can enjoy a panoramic view of the pine forest. On the upper floor, there is an atelier which offers 2 extra beds for children and a table top football game as well as another satellite TV.
The Andalusian Jewel gets its charm and unique ambiance from personal artworks, typical tiles and different patios. The patio around the pool is tiled with local stones, the south facing patio is the perfect place to enjoy a day in the warm shade while overlooking the variety of trees in the garden and another patio offers comfortable outdoor furniture for outdoor dining and a BBQ Weber.
It is a house that is both cool and fresh in the summer (all the bedrooms have shutters with mosquito nets) and cosy in the autumn and winter months (there are solar-panels, a gas-fired central heating and an open fire). Previous guests have enjoyed, in particular, the spacious rooms,
the enclosed pool area and the choise of sitting-out areas in the romantic garden.
Service:
The house is cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Towels and beach towels are laid out in the bathrooms and beds are made up. A cleaning service can be arranged for you.
A child's cot and high chair are available on request.
The gardener will take care of the garden and pool during your stay. For all other issues I will be available for you.
Changeover day is flexible.
Please enquire if you have pets.
Please note this is a no smoking house but our guests are welcome to smoke on the covered and open terraces.

Some information for you, We have been enjoying our holiday home with its wonderful garden and large swimming pool in Andalusia for over 20 years. In the meantime also with our playful and adventurous grand children.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
- Roche is an affluent private residence, set in acres of stunning pine forest and situated beside Andaluciaâs Costa del Luz, on Spainâs southern Atlantic coast. It has an excellent infrastructure: local shop, pharmacy, hair stylist, bar, tennis courts.
- It is an ideal location for families and children, with no busy roads, a playground for younger children and an adventure playground for older ones, both within the development.
- Roche is a short drive from Conil, a delightful whitewashed Andalucian seaside town, complete with a selection of superb restaurants, with a variety of sandy, Atlantic beaches, from small unspoilt coves to a sweeping bay.
- Roche is less than a 30 minute drive from the historic towns of Cadiz and Jerez, the latter famous for its eponymous sherry bodegas, and an hour from Europeâs windsurfing paradise, Tarifa and Sevilla, one of Spain's truly great cities.
- With over 3200 hour sunshine a year, good weather is almost guaranteed from early May to late October. In July and August it can get quite hot, but there is usually a sea breeze and low humidity, so the heat is quite bearable. The sea is warm from mid-June to October, and the intense blue skies and bright, white sands can be dazzling, especially in winter with the low sun. In the winter months the days are usually sunny and mild, while the nights are crisp and sometimes quite cold.

âWe stayed in Casa Feli for a month in the summer of 2018 - adults, teenage children and teenage friends. We had visited Roche the previous summer and liked the relaxed atmosphere, as well as the great food in the surrounding Cadiz area. The house is in a great location; very quiet and backing onto pine woods - amazing for an early or late run. There are lots of different places to sit so everyone could carve out a comfortable space to relax, as well as come together to eat. The house itself is very clean, spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything needed for even quite elaborate meals. The owners were very helpful and responsive before, during and after our stay (kindly sending the inevitable forgotten item and helping us with bicycle rental). The all important WiFi was adequate even for streaming most of the time. We had to be vigilant about the inevitable ants which seem to be part of Roche, but it did drive tidy teens at mealtimes! We had such a great time we have booked again.â

Just a few lines to thank you for the truly superb stay at âCasa Feliâ. A wonderful house, set in a lovely garden. It was so very peaceful, the forest offered the perfect backdrop, some oft he trees being festooned with the bluest Morning Glory. The heated pool was an absolute delight, we enjoyed it so much we didnÂŽt bother to swim in the sea. Every evening we took our little dog for a cliff top walk toward the lighthouse. From there we could see glorious sunsets. We had a perfect week, we both wished we could have stayed longer.
