The Cocoonr agency offers you this charming air-conditioned apartment for rent in Antibes, close to the beach, with Wi-Fi, a surface area of 50 mÂČ and accommodation for up to 2 guests. Located on the 3rd floor (no elevator), it consists of a lovely living room, equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental and linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels), your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with TV
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- A bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160Ă200)

The apartment is ideally located in the Old Antibes, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport:
The apartment is located in the old town of Antibes, which is a pedestrian zone, so it is not possible to access the apartment by car. The Q-Park car parks at Port Vauban and La Poste are located 3-5 minutes away.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Antibes
- Nearest airport: Nice CĂŽte d'Azur

- The flat is located in the old part of Antibes, which is a pedestrian area, and cannot be reached by car. The QPARK car park at the port is a three-minute walk away.
