Welcome to our stunning apartment in the heart of the Marais district. Warm, modern, elegant, professionally decorated, and fully equipped, it's ideally located in the heart of the Marais district. You'll have the chance to discover two unique Parisian atmospheres. The lively pedestrian streets, trendy bars, trendy restaurants, the romantic Place des Vosges, and the Picasso Museum are all easily accessible. Our accommodation is ideal for a stay with family or friends, and promises a successful Parisian getaway.

Discover our 35 mÂČ ground-floor apartment overlooking a pretty paved courtyard and designed for your comfort:

- 1 bedroom with a double bed
- 1 dining area with a table and chairs for 4 people
- 1 living area with a double sofa bed
- 1 fully equipped open-plan kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher)
- 1 shower room with a washing machine
- 1 separate toilet
The cleaning service includes fresh sheets and towels for each guest. Cleaning is carried out by professional cleaners.

You will be a 9-minute walk from the famous BHV department store. You will also find a large Monoprix supermarket just 1 minute away (5, rue des Haudriettes).
