Just a 3-minute walk from Porte de Paris metro station (line 13) and 10 minutes from the Stade de France, itâs the perfect base for a tourist stay, a family getaway, or a trip with friends at the gateway to Paris.

This beautiful, modern and welcoming space includes :
- A large living room with sofa bed (sleeps 2);
- An open, fully-equipped kitchen;
- Two bedrooms with queen-size beds;
- A bathroom with bathtub;
- A separate toilet with washbasin.
The apartment features two terraces: one with a dining area, deckchairs, and a parasol, and another accessible directly from a bedroom.
Every detail has been designed for your comfort, ensuring a pleasant stay.
You will enjoy a Wifi connection and a television with Netflix included, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, and a dishwasher.
Additional conveniences include a washing machine, iron, and clothes hangers, with bed linen and towels provided (included in the cleaning charges).
