Our experience

I rented the house to receive our kids since they live out of state and I got surprised with my daughters engagement. The house was amazing to gather our family and I can’t be thankful enough to Cristian for the quick renponse every time I needed communication Thank you so much for an amazing experience

She is a scammer

I was informed I was able to throw an event, once we got there I was informed there were quiet time from 12am-7am she informed me there were was no cameras that was a lie she has 3 of them. This house has HOA rules very restrictive we cleaned up the house and took out all the trash this lady took the trash out and placed it in the living she tried to scam us for an additional 250 when she informed that my lawyer sister had took pictures of the house after we left she stopped communication I personally wouldn’t not recommend this place to anyone

Birthday Vacation

We had a great time and this house was perfect for entertaining and relaxing with friends. I would suggest that they clean a bit more next time. There were open chips and cupcake wrappers laying around in the garage and a handprint on the wall by one of the showers. I’d suggest bringing trash bags and paper towels because they don’t leave any extras.

Perfect size

The property was very spacious. The perfect amount of rooms. There were even 2 extra roll out bed the the kids used to sleep together instead on on the separate beds. They provided a playpen for our 2 year old and everything was clean. The only issue I had was with the pool and when I contacted the owner he had someone’s come out the same day and clean it, then the following morning to do another round. The kids enjoyed themselves the adults enjoyed themselves. Overall great experience, going to try to rent again this summer.

Family Memories

The home is very spacious and nice. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the pool due to the weather. Overall the experience was nice 😊 especially when it’s with family 🥰🙏🏻
