No land directly connected to the cottage but a private enclosed outdoor space is at your disposal in the owner's garden 30m away (garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue). Parking. Only 500m from the beach, this charming little house is nestled in a peaceful hamlet frequented by hikers (GR223) and other cycle tourists (Eurovélo 4). In addition to walking and cycling, there's no shortage of activities in the surrounding area, starting with the Utah Beach golf course, which backs onto the hamlet and features a restaurant with a sea view. The historic site of Utah Beach is also nearby, as is the port of St Vaast-la-Hougue, which you can see from the seawall. Patrick and his partner Marie-Ange extend a warm welcome to this cottage, which was completely renovated in 2024. The pretty kitchen and its duck-egg blue splashback are at the heart of the living room. A fairly steep staircase leads to a very bright mezzanine landing where the two bedrooms and the spacious bathroom are located. The owners offer a small enclosed garden at the back of their house for a relaxing moment. Marie-Ange speaks sign language and can assist the hearing-impaired.
