This home has an open living room to kitchen and dining concept to cook and entertain at the same time! The living room has nice comfortable couches and a large 55inch flat screen TV with Roku & Netflix. The dining area has plenty of seats for you and your group! The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room so you'll never miss a conversation or laugh from your guests!

You will have 2 bedrooms on one side of the house and the one bedroom on the other side for some privacy. On one side of the house you will find a bedroom with a queen bed - double entry doors leading from the dining area. On the other side of the home there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a double bed with a comfortable futon and an attached full bathroom, and a bedroom with a double bed and a twin over twin bunk bed - kid friendly room with books and a TV. So many sleeping options for your stay! Netflix is provided.

The backyard is the ultimate hang out spot! The beautiful play pool has a large Baja shelf to soak in the sun, and a perfect sized hot tub for those cold desert evenings. There is a propane BBQ for your use! Umbrellas are located in the garage (the desert has some windy days/nights) so please put them back in the garage after use. Please note: bring your own lake/pool towels as we only supply bath towels and makeup towels.

This home is the perfect getaway for a couple families or friends looking for a quiet, fun, and relaxing weekend. This home is not suited for groups of friends looking to listen to music after 10pm and have loud voices into the night - it is located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Guests will have access to the entire home

We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!

POOL/SPA HEATING
>$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required)
>It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice
>Spa heating costs $75
>If the stay exceeds 7 days there will be an added fee of $15/day for spa heating
>If the stay exceeds 30 days the pool and spa heating bill is paid by the guest (what is used is what is charged and we will require a photo ID and CC on file)


BBQ GRILL
>We try to keep our BBQ propane tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you.

Other things to note:
*Must be 25+ years old to book
>Quiet time after 10pm - this is a residential neighborhood - this includes music off and voices down
>No pets
>No smoking inside
>No parties/events - guests will be asked to leave with no refund
>driveway is steep!!

Cameras:
There are 2 cameras on this property - a Ring in the front overseeing the driveway, and a Ring in the back overseeing the pool (for liability purposes) - they both record with motion detection

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4-6% charge is not refunded.

DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
