Wonderful stay

The condo was very clean and well stocked. It was easy to walk everywhere.It was wonderful to have cocktails on the porch watching the sunset.

Great for a weekend getaway

We stayed at this property for a wedding in town, and we loved it. Everywhere we wanted to visit was walkable from the property. Drew was easy to communicate with, and we would definitely recommend!

View in the bay

Accommodations were perfect for our stay. Place was clean , easy walk to the beach and downtown. Great to have a parking spot too. Would definitely recommend!!! Thanks for a great stay!!

“Tear down that wall!”

The location was excellent for in town activities. The converted motel room, condo would be spacious enough for two people if a wall dividing the sleeping area from the entry/dressing area was removed. Because of this wall, the unit’s sole, double bed was placed inside a cubby that had limited ventilation and was a dust collector. I had to sleep on the living room sofa because of a claustrophobic feeling of sleeping in this cubby. The accumulation of beach tchotchkes, food and drink products, old towels and sheets made me feel like I was staying in a great aunts guest room. This place needs a complete renovation to achieve its VRBO description.

Pleasant Stay

The condo was comfortable and affordable, in a great location. The building was not secured, which would have made me feel more comfortable. I also recommend the refrigerator get cleaned out of food and condiments left behind. Still, my stay was very good, and I recommend this condo to others.

Easter Weekend - Stone Harbor

The property was just as described on VRBO - apt. was right on the harbor with beautiful views. The location was excellent and walkable to beach - restaurants and shopping. the host was very prompt in responding. We enjoyed our stay.

Flowing tidal waters

The init overlooks the bay and a bridge to the mainland. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the water and docks. The init is well-furnished and close to restaurants, a movie theater and nature trails. And there's the beach!

If you're looking for a cozy space, although it's not large, this condo is in a great location and the landlord is immediately responsive to any inquiries. Nice views of the bay and you'll be able to walk to anywhere in town. Couch is comfortable, good tv viewing and WIFI access. Kitchen is well stocked with all one would need for cooking and/or dining. Bathroom is nice, and mattress on bed in the bedroom is satisfactory and snug.

Outstanding!

Condo was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable. The porch offered wonderful full sunset views! Location was so close to everything downtown Stone Harbor. I’d say a two minute walk from everything. I have stayed in many places on Vrbo over the years. This is my definitely my Number one!!! Thank you to Drew for creating such a wonderful getaway for an off season weekend trip to the beach.

Staying on the Bay

Everything at the property was excellant except for the tvs. I am not used to using Hulu or Roku. I use Comcast. It was hard finding stations. Otherwise, everything was great!!

Needs some fixing

Stay was wonderful, but the mattress needs replacing. Was rolling into my husband all night. And the bathtub drain needs draino. A 10 minute shower filled the tub about 3 inches. Manager was great in response when we lost the internet.

Just wonderful

I needed a short stay to bring a family member down the shore. I found this listing. They contacted me back right away, I could not be more grateful of their willingness to accommodate me. Their place is exactly as shown in the photos and description. It is right on the bay. We didn’t get a sunset (overcast), but I imagine they are beautiful when you do. It is clean, modern and within walking distance to food and shopping. I recommend driving to the beach, free parking everywhere. Many thanks. We highly recommend.

Relaxing vacation!

My sisters & I enjoyed our weekend in Stone Harbor. We really liked this little condo, it was nicely furnished & the bed was very comfortable. The view of the water & surroundings was beautiful & peaceful, we definitely recommend this place.

Great spot with a water view

We were in town for a wedding on the beach and this apartment worked out perfectly for us. My only recommendation for those staying here would be to be mindful of the front door as it was more difficult than most to open and close securely (I don't believe this was due to damage or defect of the door but rather the swelling of the wood due to its proximity to the water). Luckily my partner was able to manage it without issue. The apartment had all the basics for our short stay there, and for what its worth we would highly recommend checking out the Wetland Institute just a mile or so down the road if you have children with you. The apartment was not "child-proofed" in the strict sense but we didn't have any issues with our walking toddler having full access to the living quarters after putting just a few things out of reach.
