Charming renovated and fully equipped house located in peaceful Carentan-les-Marais, in the heart of Normandy. Ideal for families or couples, this holiday home offers two comfortable bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything is brand new and designed for your comfort. A welcoming little garden and modern amenities ensure a relaxing stay. Enjoy immediate access to all local attractions and outdoor activities.
The Space:
The layout has been carefully optimized to offer you a welcoming and comfortable space, ideal for hosting up to 4 guests. All furniture and utensils are brand new.
The house is arranged as follows:
On the ground floor, youâll find:
- A living room with a sofa and a large smart TV,
- A dining area with a table,
- A fully functional bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, towels, and a washing machine,
- A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, new dishes and utensils.
Upstairs:
- A master bedroom with a large double bed (160 x 200), wardrobe, small desk, and TV,
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190), linen storage, and a TV.
The small private courtyard, fully enclosed, is a real highlight â perfect for enjoying sunny meals in a peaceful, intimate setting. Youâll find a parasol, garden furniture, and a barbecue.
To make your arrival easier, free and convenient parking is available just a few steps from the property, ensuring peace of mind from the moment you arrive.
Guest Access:
Access to the accommodation is easy and available from 5 PM. If you wish to arrive a little earlier, please donât hesitate to askâwe will do our best to accommodate you based on the schedule. You will have a private gate and exclusive access to the entire property.

Located in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the center of Carentan and the D-Day beaches, this house is ideal for a relaxing stay in the heart of nature, while still enjoying all nearby amenities. The nearest supermarket is just a 7-minute drive from the property.

Airborne Museum (D-Day Museum)
Located in Sainte-MĂšre-Ăglise, about 12 km away (15 minutes by car). This museum is dedicated to the US 101st Airborne Division, famous for its role in the Normandy Landings.

About 18 km away (20 minutes by car). A fortified German battery offering insight into the regionâs military history.
Utah Beach Museum and Landing Beach
