Very pleasant 75mÂČ two-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator of a luxury beachfront residence with direct beach access: entrance hall, double living room, sofa, TV dining area, opening onto a furnished terrace with a BEAUTIFUL SEA VIEW.
- Open kitchen: ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, oven, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine.
- 1 bedroom with a single bed (140x190)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x190)
- Shower room / separate toilet.
- Bicycle storage and secure overhead parking. -Cleaning included

-Boat trips around Bird Island, the cabins on stilts, or crossing to reach Cap Ferret, not to mention fishing trips, or water sports like windsurfing, water skiing, surfing, or kitesurfing.
-Horseback riding on the beach, tennis, and golf.
