Studio Apartment Minutes Away from Times Square

Location, Location, Location - 10 minute bus ride (1 stop) to NYC Times Square. Bus stop is a 2 mins walk from house and frequency is every few minutes for 24 hours. Super safe and Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful tree lined street.

Brand new, very clean, studio apartment with a private bath room, kitchenette and private work space. The studio is renovated with natural stone floors, high end finishings and closets, throughout the apartment.

The famous Hamilton Avenue is a 2 mins walk away. This has breathtaking views of the city and a great place for a night stroll to near by restaurants.

Up the block are New Jersey Transit Coaches and local jitneys which shuttle back and forth between NYC and Weehawken. Travel time to NYC on off peak hours is 10 mins. During Peak hours is 30 mins. Peak hours are generally those hours when commuters go to and back from work.

Free parking available in front of the house, super easy and convenient to park

Excellent location for a visit to the city

We loved our stay. It was a perfect place to catch some shows on Broadway. You are just 2 bus stops from Port Authority bus station which is just off Broadway.

This apartment was perfect for our girls weekend. Very conveniently location and included a free parking space which was very important to us as we drove in from out of state.

Great Place close to NYC

The place was perfect for what we needed. It was an easy travel to NYC with a bus stop right around the corner. A quick walk to the nearby park has great views of NYC as well. Place was clean and owners were very easy to contact for any questions. Great stay!

NYC Anniversary Trip

Anniversary trip for my wife and I. Great experience! Very nice, comfortable, clean, and safe accommodations. Kam is great and very easy to work with. Convenient bus trip to/from NYC, and fantastic views of skyline from across the river. Highly recommend, worth every penny!

My peers were envious.

This was a great location, was comfortable, and the price was on target. Were there things that I would change? Sure, but nothing that was a deal-breaker. Would stay here next time I come to town.

Visit to NYC

The location and price of this property were definitely 5 star level. The bus stop to NYC is very close and drops you off in the Times Square area. Hamilton Park is about a block or two from the bus stop and offered incredible views of the NYC skyline. You need to go during the daytime and again at nighttime, The views were one of the major highlights during our visit. I’d also recommend the 9/11 memorial and the Edge (subways were easy to use)

Do not recommend

Upon arrival we noticed a very strong musty smell of mold and mildew. The property is not brand new as suggested on listing, dirt and stains throughout. Steep and twisting stairway down to basement without proper safety handrails. There is no second egress to exit property which becomes another safety issue. We communicated to the owner and VRBO that we were unable to stay with the smell of mildew and the safety concerns. After communicating with the owner, we left shortly after arrival. Owner refused refund as "you did not cancel before 60 days of arrival." We communicated with the owner and VRBO the reason we left soon after check-in.
