Enjoy your freshly prepared meal and a glass of wine in the dining room with seating for 6. Featuring walnut wainscotting and French doors that lead outside to an inviting deck, this dining room is elegant and warm at the same time.

Just off the dining room is the living room complete with a cozy gas fireplace, comfy seating for at least eight and a wall mounted Smart TV. The front door leads to a rocking chair front porch when you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee while enjoying the views.

Also, on the main level featuring high ceilings are two bedrooms and a full hall bath. Both bedrooms feature comfy king size beds and smart TVs for your viewing pleasure. The front bedroom also offers access to the front porch. The full bath features a shower and tub combo.

Climb the stairs to the second level and you will find a spacious office space, hall bath, kids’ bedroom and an ensuite master. Wi-Fi is provided throughout the home and for those that need to work there’s also a desk.

The ensuite master features a king size bed, soaking tub, stand-up shower, and access to a private balcony.

The kids’ bedroom features two twin beds and a double bed complete with smart TV so they can watch their favorite streaming shows.

You can walk downtown, and watch cheese being made at Ashe County Cheese, the only cheese factory in North Carolina or catch a movie. Spend the day hiking Mount Jefferson (only a five-minute drive) or head to the Blue Ridge Parkway just a short ten-minute drive away. If you wish to ski, head to Appalachian Ski Mountain (45-minute drive), Beech Mountain (1 hour and 15 minutes) or Sugar Mountain (1 hour).
