Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project
Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) Long time guests

The Topsl property is always a great accommodation with all the amenities you could want with a friendly and competent staff. Our family has stayed at this resort many times over the past thirty years. Always a great stay!

Great spot

This was a great location and great amenities. Walls are thin and I could hear the family next to me. But overall I enjoyed it and would stay there again.

3rd year in a row

This is the 3rd consecutive year my wife and I made our way to Tops/l. We have enjoyed each stay. We have 3 children all active in sports and it’s the perfect spot and perfect time to get away and focus on each other in a non spring break/summer break atmosphere. We will be back next year! 706A was a perfect stay for us!

Decent stay, decent price, good location.

My wife and I recently stayed here for a short getaway trip. We loved the proximity to the beach - just a short 5-6 minute walk. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Didn't get a chance to try the weight room or tennis courts. Pickleball courts are unavailable for renters of this particular location, so that was disappointing, but we had a great time. Several things need repairs in this unit - hand towel hanger is coming out of the wall, sliding closet/mirror door is off the tracks, bleach or some sort of discolorations on the table, one of the speakers for the TV/sound system wasn't working, mini fridge had a bit of a smell to it, and the place could use a slightly bigger trash can with some actual trash bags (had to use a bunch of small grocery bags to carry out our trash). The staff from the gate to the check in area were all super friendly and made our day. Staff brought us extra linens since we were there for four days. Bed was comfortable. Shower was immediately warm. Plenty of parking. I'd stay here again but I'd love to see a little care and attention to the place. :)
