The penthouse is in good part of town as far as being within an hour of most things you might want to do. The only thing that could help this place I could think of is a TV in a common that you stream to at the end of the day.

Stuart, so glad you enjoyed your stay at my penthouse where the views of the city and the Pichincha mountain are spectacular. Its location, near to everything, is another very important feature I’m sure you and your group enjoyed very much. We loved having you and your friends as our guests. Please come back any time in the future. Sergio

Perfect spot in Quito

This was such a nice day place to stay. There were five of us and we really appreciated all the nice little touches. We also felt very safe here and loved the kind guards that let us in and out of the building every day.

Sergio made this stay one of the best we've ever had! The property was equipped with everything you need from the kitchen, to the laundry, to sleeping arrangements, and even help with transportation. Sergio helped us arrange airport transports, even for a 3 am departure. Everyone was so helpful and he went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The location is safe and in walking distance to grocery, pharmacy, food and shopping. I highly recommend this property.
