Located in the heart of a region rich in discoveries, this accommodation is the ideal starting point for exploring local treasures: stroll around the Bellebouche leisure center for a nature break by the water, observe the wildlife at the Haute-Touche Animal Park, immerse yourself in the spirituality of the Marian village of Pellevoisin, or experience an unforgettable day at the famous Beauval ZooParc, one of the most beautiful in Europe!
A relaxing stay, between unspoiled nature and discreet heritage... a real breath of fresh air in the heart of Brenne! From the road, you have direct access to the large living room with lounge and eat-in kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom, and toilet.
On the first floor, there is a large landing with a sofa bed (140x190 cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a single bed (90x190 cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm), a shower room, and a toilet.
Outside, there is a private, enclosed courtyard with parking for two vehicles, a covered terrace for enjoying the outdoors in all weather, and a gas barbecue. Exterior currently being developed
Next door, a multi-service store (bar, newsagent, gas station, snack bar)
Additional guests (sleep on the sofa bed for âŹ10/person/night) upon request
The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and trash), heating and electricity with reasonable consumption. If the cottage is heated by electricity, you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
