Chic Farmhouse in 15 acres with pool
Located in the Dordogne, between Bergerac, Eymet, and Duras, at the intersection of the Dordogne, Lot-et-Garonne, and Gironde regions, this spacious, characterful family home, renovated in 2022, is perfect for a peaceful vacation in a 6-hectare natural setting.
A few kilometers away, restaurants, shops, markets, and local winemakers in the neighboring villages complete the picture. We will be happy to share our favorites with you.
Golf, tennis, spa, and Michelin-starred restaurant enthusiasts can enjoy the ChĂąteau des Vigiers, just a 5-minute drive away.
Eymet 9.3 miles, Duras 9.3 miles, Bergerac 12.4 miles, Saint-Emilion 25.6 miles
Bordeaux Airport/Train Station 1 hour 20 minutes, Bergerac Airport 25 minutes.
The house:
It is our fourth child. Renovated in 2022, it retains the soul of its previous owners but today combines family memories and objects found and restored at local flea markets with nuance, subtlety, and modernity.
This house represents us. It reflects the way we like to welcome our children, family, and friends: with warmth, kindness, and excellence.
Each of our visits and vacations can add a detail, an object, or a piece of furniture to your stay.

The 380mÂČ farmhouse is unique in its dĂ©cor.
With its large bedrooms, numerous bathrooms, spacious communal areas, and ample outdoor space, it is the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends.
The terrace (120mÂČ) and the beautiful heated swimming pool (4.5x11) complete the setting for relaxation.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned with individual controls.
All bedding is new and of excellent quality.
Bed linen, towels, and pool towels are provided during your stay.
An intermediate cleaning service is available at an extra cost. However, it is mandatory with a change of linen for rentals of 14 nights or more. (200 EUR flat rate)
An outdoor electrical outlet is available for charging an electric vehicle upon request (50 EUR/week supplement).
Ground floor bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 - Gold: master double bedroom with queen-size bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.
Bedroom 2 - Pink: double bedroom that can be configured with a king-size bed or two single beds - its size allows for a crib (upon request).
Bedroom 3 - Green: double bedroom with a queen-size bed - its size allows for a cot (on request).
Bedroom 4 - Yellow: single bedroom with a 5' bed and desk, ideal for a child or teenager.
Rooms 2, 3, and 4 are all accessed via a hallway, close to the kitchen area, and share a shower room with separate toilets.
First floor rooms:
Rooms 5 and 6 are on the first floor and are preceded by the lounge/TV area, before a possible break in the mezzanine lounge.
Bedroom 5 - Junior Brick: double bedroom that can be configured with a king-size bed or two single beds. A shower room and separate toilet for this bedroom are located on the same landing.
Bedroom 6 - Black and Gold: en-suite double bedroom with king-size bed, Italian shower room, and adjoining toilet.
Bathrooms and toilets:
The house has 4 bathrooms, 2 of which are en suite (bedroom 1 and 6).
There are 5 toilets, two of which are separate.
In addition to a separate laundry room, one of the bathrooms is equipped with a second washing machine and dryer.
Living spaces:
- The open-plan kitchen is spacious with a large dining area. (45m2)
- The main living room is out of this world with cathedral ceilings and views of the terrace, pool, and garden (main living room on the ground floor 80m2 and mezzanine living room 40m2). Equipped with a pool table and foosball table for relaxing moments.
In addition to all this, there is a third air-conditioned TV lounge, ideal for privacy or board games.
There is a separate, fully equipped laundry room (with ice machine, washing machine, dryer, and refrigerator) and a fifth separate toilet.
Outdoor living:
The farm is superb for outdoor living, set in 6 hectares of beautiful French countryside that allows for walks without leaving the property.
Parking spaces for 3-4 vehicles.
The main living room has large sliding doors opening onto the natural stone-tiled terrace surrounding the 11x4.5 heated swimming pool.
The pool has a rigid roller shutter cover for total safety.
The terrace is equipped just like at home: gas plancha for outdoor dining, large table and chairs (12/14 people), outdoor lounge area, armchairs, reclining sun loungers, and parasols. The terrace by the pool offers a fantastic view of the property.
The pool and terrace are lit for long summer evenings under the stars.
The entire area around the terrace/pool is covered with grass. We have created a mini lavender field, set apart but within sight of the pool. The 3 hectares of grass, maintained by the gardener, allow for walks to the stream and along paths through wild plum trees.
In the park, a pétanque court allows you to share a good time with family or friends.
Part of the property remains a free space for animals and wild flowers depending on the season. A lovely place for the whole family to observe nature.
Guest access
You are renting the entire house. (Only one private room and the technical rooms are not accessible.)
Guests have access to the entire property, including the small stream that flows at the bottom of the grounds.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Minimum rental period of 7 days - from Saturday to Saturday
- We reserve the right to accept or refuse the reservation based on requests and exchanges with tenants via the platform.
- The pool is protected by a rigid electric curtain but is not fenced.
- On the 1st floor, we have decided to keep the original restoration of the mezzanine as carried out by the previous owner, with a view of the magnificent roof structure from the living room. As a result, the railings are not safe for young children without supervision.
- The property is not fenced and although cars are infrequent, you will need to ensure the safety of any young children in your care.
- Pets are not allowed.
