Charming 1877 Burgundian House, fully renovated to combine the charm of the old with modern comfort. Nestled in the heart of the quiet village of Vinneuf, this warm country house welcomes you in a peaceful setting.
Youâll have exclusive access to the entire 60 mÂČ house and a private 120 mÂČ courtyard.
This home is the perfect place for a relaxing countryside getaway, just 1h15 from Paris đđ

Youâll enjoy full and private access to the 60 mÂČ house, which includes:
đïž A cozy living room with a sofa, coffee table, large dining table, board games, and a smart TV
đœïž A fully equipped kitchen: oven, stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, utensils, and cookware
đïž Master bedroom with a double bed, dressing table, wardrobe, and TV (linens provided)
đïž Second bedroom with two single beds and a TV (linens provided)
đż Bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet (towels provided)
Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.
Both bedrooms offer beautiful views of the Burgundian countryside.
Stairs are equipped with a child safety gate.
