Ideal for relaxing holidays with family or friends, this charming pied-Ă -terre offers you all the comfort necessary for a successful seaside stay.
You will stay in a 60m2 house, perfect for outdoor meals or moments of relaxation after a day at the beach. Its enclosed garden will allow you to enjoy a barbecue dinner in complete tranquillity.
This house in its Breton style can accommodate up to 4 people, it has been entirely designed for your comfort.
Located just 2 km from Erquy's main beach, you will easily be able to enjoy swimming, walks on the sand and the famous sunsets on the Breton coast. A crĂȘpe break by the sea or a dinner facing the horizon are waiting for you!
Upon your arrival, you will discover a living room with a 2-seater sofa and two armchairs as well as a television to watch your family films. The living room has direct access to the enclosed garden. The open kitchen of this accommodation adds a warm and friendly atmosphere, it is fully equipped with all the useful necessities:
An oven, a microwave, a kettle, a dishwasher, a Senseo coffee maker and a filter coffee maker, and a toaster.
The bathroom, always on the ground floor, is equipped with a shower, a washbasin and a washing machine. The toilets are separate for maximum comfort.
His pretty spiral staircase takes you to the upper floor, where you will find a first bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160/200). You will then find a second bedroom just as charming, equipped with two single beds (90/190).
You will find a public and free car park 5 metres from the house.
