Gorgeous turn-key completely renovated with designer mural wallpaper by Phillip Jeffries and updated featuring Tempur-Pedic remote control king bed, high ceilings with tray ceiling light, built in modern his/her closet with a jewelry drawer, kitchen cabinets with automatic drawer lights, bathroom walls all natural stone with larger shower and so much more! No need for a car as walking distance to the best restaurants, shops and museums in Palm Beach - Uber, Lyft and Ride Circuit Apps are a click away. Publix is directly across the street.

Guests will have access to the private library on the Mezzanine level, heated pool area, outdoor loggia with gardens, laundry facilities and large lounge area in lobby.

You will check in with the 24 hour front desk. They will give you the information for access to your suite and common areas. Enjoy!

In the historical area of Palm Beach, shops, restaurants, entertainment and beaches just a block away. Location, location, location!

No car is needed to enjoy our neighborhood. Please inform is you are bringing a car as parking is limited. Valet parking is complimentary until October 1st when we go to "user pay" of $15 a day. Please give valet code "king luxe" if you bring a car. Valet times are 8 a.m. til 11 p.m. or til 10:00 p.m. from June 1st - Oct 31st. Please check with valet if you need your car outside these times. Please park your car for 15 min. max in front, check-in and ask for my parking placard from mailbox 3018 and give to valet driver. You can't park your car with valet without a placard. Please return the parking placard upon check out or result in a $50 fee. Thank you!

Great location, very compact room but well-equipped with everything you need. Actual hotel is a bit dated but still lovely with a central pool. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Lovely area for walks.

Loved everything!

It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the island! Location is ideal to walk to the beach, restaurants and grocery store. Everything we needed for the beach was in the suite and the hotel had bikes available to rent to ride and explore the island. Definitely will be back!!

Stayed a week a wished it was longer at this fabulous luxury suite right in the middle of Palm Beach! You can walk everywhere. Comfortable bed and luxurious linens ensured a great nights sleep. Comfortable with attention to detail

Clean, comfortable, great location - easy to walk out for coffee, shopping, food, beach. Little details were attended to like charging blocks on either side of the bed, electric window shades and a closet with big drawers and matching wooden hangers. Quick Weekend Get-Away

Great location and the suite was immaculate, bright and well-appointed. Although the building is dated and the hallways lacked sufficient air-conditioning, this suite felt brand new and was very comfortable. The electric blinds were room darkening (very nice touch), and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated the beach chairs/towels and umbrella so we didn’t have to pack our own. The owner was easily accessible and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The water pressure was excellent, and the bed and lighting gave off such great relaxing vibes. It was a bit of a walk to Worth Ave, but just right for us—and being so close to the beach was perfect. Check-in and check-out were completely effortless, and the place was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from beach towels to a Keurig. We also loved having a great coffee shop just steps from the door and Publix directly across the street—such a bonus. If we return to Palm Beach, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Exactly as advertised!

This is a historic hotel that is on the National Register of Historic Places. The rooms have been converted into a condo building and some of the rooms are short term rentals such as this one. The location is perfect for exploring Palm Beach, just check out a map. The common areas, hallways, etc are as you would expect from a very old building. This individual unit is well maintained, modern and exactly as pictured. We have stayed in Vrbos that were misrepresented. It even has a dehumidifier that makes it extra comfortable in the high humidity of Palm Beach. I would stay here again and not even look for another rental. If you’re reading this
. just stop scrolling and boom it.

Car Pick Up Trip

My wife and I flew to Palm Beach to pick up a car she purchased. After picking up the car, we stayed at the Palm Beach Hotel Condos via Marilyn's condo. We had a fabulous stay and really enjoyed the unit. It was nicely furnished and had an extremely comfortable bed. We would definitely stay there again!

Nice room in great location in old hotel - now condo bldg

Room was clean and had everything we needed for our visit but never saw a safe and the room is much smaller than it looks like in the photos. We didn't like that the windows had a film over them so you couldn't see out but you could open them. Hallways and main areas are very dated and could use a refresh and musty. Elevator was slow. Staff was nice. Free valet is nice feature. Bldg. is within a block to a large publix, nice little diner for breakfast at Greens Pharmacy and Amicis is great for specialty food like sandwiches/pizza and things to cook. Easy block and 1/2 walk to beach and owner provided 2 chairs, a cooler, beach umbrella and 2 towels. Two sets of towels were provided for our 3 night stay - perhaps we could have gotten more but would have been nice to had had a larger supply of towels. I don't recall being told that a deposit of 300 would be collected when we checked in but maybe it was so just be aware.

Unit was beautiful and everything was thought out to maximize the space. Spotless and the ac and dehumidifier keep the unit cool and dry. Hotel is in the perfect spot to walk to shopping, restaurants and the beach. Marilyn was quick to respond to all inquiries. Would stay here again!

I was the founder and proud owner for 21 years of the Cabins at Seven Foxes in beautiful Lake Toxaway, NC but sold in the fall of 2021. We decided to build a new home in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida and also purchased condos at the Historic Palm Beach Hotel Condominiums. I have been designing homes for friends and family for years so have an eye for decor. I am married with a grown family but love to keep busy.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

I was first introduced to this building in the spring of 2021 and fell in love with the potential of this historic hotel. Since we decided to move our primary home from Atlanta, GA to Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, I decided to purchase three studios in the building. This unit was renovated in 2015 but I added my personal touches and updated to make my guests enjoy their stay.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The previous owner raised the ceiling to 10 ft. and added overhead light in the tray ceiling. The his/her closets are a great feature. The bathroom has stone tile on the walls and throughout. I will update the walls this summer to bring extra light and add my colorful touches. Being on the third level gives an advantage of no street noise.
