Step into a bright and fully air-conditioned apartment, designed for optimal comfort just a few steps from the Croisette.
The main living area opens onto a welcoming lounge with two high-end sofa beds (4 sleeps), a TV, and direct access to a spacious sun-drenched terrace.
The open-plan kitchen is modern and fully equipped: stovetop, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, and complete cookware.
The sleeping area includes two connecting bedrooms:
The first features a double bed, storage space, and easy access to a bathroom with WC.
The second, more spacious, offers a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
The highlight: a large furnished terrace perfect for al fresco dining or relaxing with partial sea views.
Please note: the jacuzzi is functional but strictly forbidden for children due to safety reasons. Use is permitted only under adult supervision.
Guests have full and exclusive access to the apartment. The residence is secure, and the unit is accessible via elevator.
Important: Guests do not have access to the building's pool or gym.
Check-in is done in person between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a âŹ50 late check-in fee will apply.

Our team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM via the booking platform or phone, should you have any questions before or during your stay.
