Great stay in a beautiful cabin overlooking the lakes and mountains in the background. Enjoyed sitting in the hot tub with a great Mountain View. Very nice covered patio where we enjoyed bird watching while having coffee in the mornings. Great stay!!

Leadville Marathon

Perfect base camp for Leadville Marathon. Have been coming to Twin Lakes since 2008 and the cabin was one of the best we have stayed in. Thanks for an easy stay!

Amazing home and location!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home was gorgeous, the view amazing, and the location absolutely perfect as a starting point for exploring Colorado high country and Independence pass. Our family had a blast and we were sad to leave!

Our stay in Twin Lakes was nothing short of perfect. David was an excellent host - he was flexible and understanding, as well as helpful in deciding what to do as the Willow Fire sprung up in Leadville not far away. He kept us up to date with information on the area and made us feel very comfortable. The cabin itself is incredibly beautiful. Well appointed and clean, with a million dollar view of the lakes - it felt like waking up in paradise every morning, drinking coffee and taking in the beauty of Colorado. We watched hummingbirds, swallows, and osprey from our deck and soaked in the hot tub at night after a long fun day of hiking and paddling. Our kids loved the bunk beds and loft and watching cartoons in the den in the evening. Check out instructions were easy, and we hated to leave. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable family stay - we hope to return soon!

Gorgeous home and Gorgeous views!

We loved our stay. Couldn’t be happier with the location, the views and the home! Did some hiking and relaxing, enjoyed Leadville and the surrounding countryside. Would love to visit again!

Incredible cabin! Will be back!

We had such an incredible time at the cabin! The views were absolutely stunning, and we were able to take them in from the hot tub. Daniel was quick to help us out with anything we needed during our stay. We are already looking into a return trip!

We had a fantastic time! The host is very helpful and quick to answer any questions you may have. We fished, (rented gear from a place in Twin Lakes), and hiked. We also enjoyed the hot tube, along with the peaceful, beautiful view. We visited Leadville and Buena Vista since they are a short drive. We would stay here again!

Perfect Getaway

This property is well maintained, well appointed and has amazing views. The property manager was very communicative and provided very helpful check in and check out tips. We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend and hope to return!

Beautiful Location

Beautiful views from this homey cabin. Our only issue was that the grill was dirty and out of propane.

Thank you for your review, Virginia! I wish I would have known that the grill was out of propane. However, there are three full propane bottles that are stored behind the grill and it is also in the instructions if it is needed to go ahead and switch them. Incredible views!

Our family of 5 adults especially enjoyed the hot tub, and all the great spots outside to enjoy the scenery! Appreciated details like extra throw blankets, coffee filters. spices, and hot tub towels. It was very clean and just as great as described online!

Absolutely the best!

A group of us stayed the weekend and we were mesmerized by the beauty of this cabin. The views we experienced were breathtaking and didn’t feel real. The cabin was cozy and full of everything you needed and then some. The hot tub was a huge hit with the sunset in the background. Everything was amazing and we will be back again!

Views are Amazing!

We had an amazing time at this cabin! Everything was wonderful! The kitchen had everything you would need, house had plenty of space for all the teens, and loved the large table for board games! Even the extra fridge downstairs came in handy! We'll be back!

Great outdoor spaces and incredible views

I booked this home strictly for the outdoor spaces and views and it did not disappoint! The home had everything we needed. It does get toasty during the day without AC but cooled off nicely at night! I would book a family trip here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Fun week with family!

Our first trip to the Rockies! The house was wonderful! Perfect for the number of people that we had with us. It was unfortunate that the Interlaken Fire had taken away most of the lake options, but we took advantage of the many trails and nearby towns. We even had a few that hiked up Mt Elbert!
