Located in the lively RĂ©publique district of Cannes, this studio enjoys a prime location, just steps away from numerous shops, including a bakery and a convenience store. La Croisette and its beaches are just a ten-minute walk away, while the famous Rue dâAntibes and the SNCF train station are less than five minutes on foot. Its central location makes it an ideal choice for business travelers, solo adventurers, or couples looking to explore the city with ease.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.

As soon as you enter, youâll discover a bright and thoughtfully decorated space, designed to offer a pleasant and functional setting. The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed. In front of it, you'll find a large TV and a wardrobe to store your belongings and make you feel at home. The round dining table seats two, and the practical, well-equipped kitchenette includes everything you need to prepare meals on site.
