Located on the 2nd floor of a building without an elevator, this elegant 54 m² apartment opens onto a bright space, thoughtfully arranged and tastefully decorated. Ideally situated less than a 10-minute walk from the Sacré-Cœur, Montmartre, or Pigalle, it offers the perfect base to enjoy the charm and vibrant atmosphere of these iconic Paris neighbourhoods. The apartment is ideal and comfortable for four people, but can also accommodate two additional kids.

The living room offers two welcoming spaces: one with a television, an additional dining table for two, and a comfortable sofa bed for two people (160 x 200); the other with a desk and an additional sofa bed (140 x 200).

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine). The dining area has a table that can seat up to four guests.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200) dressed in hotel-quality linens. A wardrobe is also available for storing your belongings so you can feel right at home.

The bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. The toilet is separate, and a washing machine is also provided.

You’ll have Wi-Fi access throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

Professional cleaning is carried out between each stay.

Please note: The apartment comfortably accommodates four adults and two children. The sofa bed (118 cm wide with a floor mattress) is perfect for kids and may not provide the same comfort for adults.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Located in Paris’s 18th arrondissement, this lively neighborhood offers an authentic local atmosphere just a short walk from Montmartre. Explore the charming streets leading up to the hilltop for breathtaking panoramic views of Paris and discover the iconic Sacré-Cœur Basilica. The area is also home to numerous concert venues and café-concerts, making it a vibrant spot for live music lovers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The nearest metro stations are Marcadet–Poissonniers (line 12), just a 6-minute walk, and Barbès–Rochechouart (line 2), a 10-minute walk. You’re also close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est, with direct access to Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport via RER B.

CDG Airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
