Great place

Beautiful property, close to everything you'd want to do in the Williamsburg area. Not one thing to complain about. Very accommodating, clean and lots to do even if you never left the property.

Spacious units in pretty area

Enjoyed our stay in two floor rental- plenty room to spread out. Clean units in quiet, pretty area with walking paths throughout. Easy access to attractions.

Family and fun

The units were nice spacious and in a great location. We were in Williamsburg for a funeral. We were able to cook and have some of the family over. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Location for Vacation and visit to Busch Gardens -

The property was great. Clean, spacious, met our needs. The resort is nice enough to spend all day there if someone wanted to. We didn’t know about the coffee shop or some of the entertainment until we found out by accident. That is my only comment-explain the features of the resort s little more and when, how trash gets picked up. Would stay there again-was really nice.

The quality for price was excellent. Communication was streamlined through text with staff which was extremely efficient. The amenities at the resort were excellent for all ages. I highly recommend this!

Had everything we needed

We would definitely stay here again. Clean spacious, with a playground, minigolf and other activities. Only negatives had less to do with our particular property and more the place itself. There was a long wait at check-in, and the restaurant was mediocre at best. Overall, great place.

Near everything

Perfect for my family and lots of space for the children . ( 5,13,16,17) the kids love the pool and it the place nearby all the attractions. Buch Garden, Colonoal Williamsburg . We had a great time and will come back. Thank you.

Great Stay

We booked the 4-bedroom unit so had the upstairs and downstairs units. Plenty of room to spread out. Pool and putt-putt were in walking distance The adults only pool was very nice and the kids loved the regular pool especially standing under the waterfall of the lower pool. The resort was close to everything making for easy access. We were also able to communicate via text message with any concerns to customer service. Can’t wait to go back.

Historical

We took our home school group to Williamsburg to study the history in the area. We were able to stay in an upper and lower condo with two bedrooms each for three families. The kitchens were adequate. The resort offered a place to rest and play (swim, play outside, etc) in our downtime. There is an unusually long wait to check in. It is a time share resort so they do ask if you want the 90 minute presentation to buy in.

Great Find!

This unit was a upstairs/downstairs unit. Upstairs was a full kitchen, living room, king room, queen room with a back deck & seating. Downstairs has a living room, full kitchen, king room, 2 twin beds. It also has a back porch and a sun room. Both units had dishwashers and washer & dryers. These units can be stayed in separately or can leave the doors open to have an "open" plan. The resort is really nice, lots of options. I would definitely stay here again for the price and location. Only about 10 mins to all the main strip Williamsburg fun & 20 mins from Busch Gardens.
