Located in La Motte, in the heart of Provence and just 25 minutes from the sea, the villa offers a swimming pool, terrace, ping-pong area, pétanque court, relaxation spaces, fish ponds, a beautiful and spacious interior, and a large private car park. Nearby: Saint-Tropez, the Estérel mountains, Sillans-la-Cascade, Lake Sainte-Croix, the Verdon Gorges, Cannes, Monaco, Fayence, and many more.

Swimming Pool:
A beautiful pool with integrated steps for easy access and a friendly, inviting design.

Terrace, Porches, and Relaxation Area:
The pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a large terrace with two outdoor porches. One is designed as a shaded relaxation area, perfect for unwinding; the second, adjacent to the kitchen, allows you to prepare and enjoy your meals. This porch includes two tables, including a large outdoor table for 8 people. The terrace also features an outdoor shower.

Ping-Pong Area:
A table tennis area with a concrete ping-pong table and optional night lighting. It comes with a relaxation area on artificial grass. Paddles and balls are provided.

Pétanque Area:
A 4 m × 15 m pétanque court with optional night lighting. Boules and cochonnet are provided.

Entrance Courtyard – Garden – Parking:
A welcoming entrance courtyard with a shaded relaxation area, a private parking space for 4 cars, three fish ponds, and a fountain.
