Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROOFTOP IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Unbeatable Location, Great Appliances, Not the Cleanest

I stayed 2 weeks here and had a great time - the appliances are all new and working well, there is a large TV, and the location of the building is incredible, right next to French Quarter, Harrah's, Sheraton, etc. My only complaints are the noise and the cleanliness. There are lots of dents/holes in the walls, and lots of miscellaneous stains that I feel could have been cleaned up with more care. These stains were gross to look at and there was one on each wall. The bed was not super comfortable and had stains on the sheets as well. People and cars are very loud outside and the windows in the bedroom provide zero sound protection. I checked several times if they were open, because they may as well have been. Bring good earplugs if you want to sleep, but it would be great if the managers could fix the windows.
