The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 73 mÂČ duplex house for rent in the town of Bischwihr, which can accommodate up to 5 guests. It comprises a lovely 35 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom (with bathtub), and a garden of approximately 60 mÂČ. Wi-Fi, sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 35 mÂČ living room with TV, sofa bed, and dining area
- An open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with a queen-size bed (160Ă200)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds, which can be pushed together to form a double bed (on request)
- A bathroom with bathtub and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A beautiful 60 mÂČ enclosed private garden
- A 20 mÂČ north-west facing terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days
The house is ideally located in Bischwihr, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.
Activities:
Various events take place throughout the year, including medieval and wine festivals, a Christmas market, and more.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest train station: Colmar, about 6 km away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg, about 50 km away
- There is a bus stop opposite the housing estate, serving Colmar and the surrounding area
