The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment with shared pool for rent in Saint-François. It has a surface area of 50 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 2 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 24 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 25 mÂČ. Wi-Fi, sheets and towels are included, so we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A spacious living room with a double sofa bed, a smart TV, a dining area, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, multifunction microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hobs, extractor hood, etc.
- A laundry area with a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, cleaning utensils, and cooler
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160Ă200) and built-in closet containing a safe
- A bathroom with a shower, vanity unit, mirror, and storage column
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool (unheated) open all year round and secured by a barrier. You can access it with a key exclusively for residents and owners.
- A 12 mÂČ covered loggia with garden furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A private, enclosed south-facing garden
The apartment is ideally located in Saint-François, in a quiet residential area close to the golf course, marina, airfield, casino, and beaches. You will also be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and markets.
Activities:
- La Pointe des ChĂąteaux: a rocky promontory offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, with a small traditional lighthouse
- The beaches of Saint-François
- Saint-François International Golf Course: an 18-hole course surrounded by water in a tropical setting
- The marina and its water sports activities
- The Saint-François Market: an authentic local market with tropical fruits, spices, crafts, and more.
- Excursions to Gosier Island or Caret Island: very popular for their paradise beaches, accessible by speedboat.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the numbered parking lot in front of the building. Visitor and disabled parking spaces are also available.
Regarding other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Point Ă Pitre Airport is located 38 km away (45 minutes by car)
- Saint François Airport is only 3 minutes away
- A car is highly recommended for getting around the island
