The entrance to this 17 m² studio opens onto a bright and elegantly decorated space.

The living area features a very comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed (140 x 200), carefully made with hotel-quality linens, as well as a television.

The fully equipped kitchen includes all the appliances and utensils you need to prepare your meals: microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine. A washing machine is also available.

The bathroom has a sink, a mirror, a shower, and a toilet.

You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay.

For your safety, a smoke detector is installed.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Please note: the studio is very small, which may not be suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Famous for the Théâtre de l'Odéon, one of the oldest theatres in France, this neighbourhood is a haven for lovers of culture and literature. Stroll through the lively streets lined with bookstores, cafés, and stylish shops. Discover the nearby Luxembourg Gardens, perfect for a relaxing break. With its charming cobblestone passages, welcoming restaurants, and bohemian atmosphere, the Odéon district is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience the true essence of Paris.

The property is easily accessible by public transport.

The nearest metro station is Raspail (lines 4 and 6), just a 12-minute walk from the apartment.

Port-Royal RER station (line B) is only a 4-minute walk away.

Charles de Gaulle Airport can be reached in about 50 minutes by car.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
