Spacious Outdoor Adventure Home

At this spacious equestrian home you will find a small piece of the country right in the city. Our home offers custom Utah enjoyment from snow sports to summer adventuring. This house sits just 5-10 minutes away from the mouth of the canyons hosting Snowbird, Brighton, Solitude, Alta and "the greatest snow on earth." In addition, there is easy and quick access to hiking/biking trails and downtown Salt Lake City.

With plenty of bedrooms and space most groups and families are easily accommodated. All are welcome!

Spacious Home Convenient for Skiing

We had a wonderful stay! The home was very clean and spacious. It was very convenient for our day trips to Alta, Snowbird, Solitude and Snowbasin. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great for a girls weekend

The space allowed for a wonderful girls weekend. Oddly, there is a horse Nextdoor so if you don’t mind that - this is a great spot.

Excellent home and location

Kate is an excellent host, and the property was perfect for our family ski vacation. The home is about 30 minutes from Alta/Snowbird which made it really convenient. It was a perfect location for a large family with children, and the house was very clean and exactly as listed - very comfortable and lots of amenities.

Great Stay for Large Groups

So much room for large groups! Nice and clean, host responded quickly whenever we needed anything or had any questions. Very accommodating for babies! Host had two different options for cribs and lots of crawl space. My family and I had an amazing time and enjoyed the space.

Ski Trip

Nine of us stayed in the house for a ski trip. It was a great location with easy access to the ski slopes. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers, laundry soap, dish/dish washer soap, paper towels, plastic wrap, garbage bags, coffee filters, spices and staples were provided. The host was very responsive. The light in the pantry was broken, and her husband repaired it quickly. We were satisfied with our stay.

Comfy, Spacious Home

This home was perfect for our large group family vacation! The dining table was perfect. The kids loved playing foozeball and lounging on the comfortable couch. The bed linens were soft and clean and the mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. There is a double washer and dryer that was definitely used daily! The location was very near the ski resorts at Cottonwood Canyon! We give this home a 5 star review!

Wonderful, spacious home

Our family enjoyed a fantastic time here while skiing nearby resorts. Location great, well equipped and just was responsive and helpful when needed. We'd stay here again!

Super clean!

This property worked great for a family reunion. We felt like was had plenty of space to spread out. The house was very clean and beds were comfortable. Everything was tastefully decorated. I would definitely recommend!
