Located on the 1st floor of a residence without elevator, the accommodation consists of a comfortable room with a double bed 140 x 190 cm, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a living room where you can relax after a day of discovery.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee, so you only have to put your suitcases.
Please note that the accommodation does not have wifi.
One of the major assets of this apartment is its brightness. It is also very appreciated for its location, close to various restaurants, only 500 m from the metro station line 13 and 2 minutes walk from a "Carrefour City" for your small daily errands.
For walking enthusiasts, the Square des Batignolles is a 12-minute walk away, the Buste de Dalida is 20 minutes away and the Mur des Je t'aime can be reached in just 20 minutes by public transport.
