This 80 mÂČ apartment is designed to charm with its bright and airy living area, flooded with natural light through large bay windows. The lounge, opening onto this inviting space, is perfect for relaxation, while the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, induction hob, microwave, large refrigerator, drawer freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hand blender, raclette and fondue sets, as well as a variety of board games) allows you to enjoy gourmet moments with family or friends. For added convenience, a washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal.
The sleeping area includes a double bedroom (160x200) with glass partition and wardrobe, a family room featuring six single bunk beds (90x200) with a desk, as well as a bathroom with toilet, hair dryer, and hair straightener. A third bedroom offers a double bed (160x200) and two single bunk beds (90x200), complemented by its own en-suite shower room with toilet.
Accommodating up to 10 guests, this unique property also provides two private parking spaces.
