Our lovely condo is situated in the heart of Playa Tamarindo i(Sunrise Condominios) with 24/7 security teams, private car parking spaces, new big storage/closets. Impecable, big TV screens in each room and living room. Private large covered terrace with direct access to the pool area and gardens.
Beautiful and modern kitchen with granite counters and all utensils needed , new barbecue in the private balcony .. As a healhy and convenient addition and to avoid excessive plastic bottles near the ocean, we provide filtered drinking water. All appliances recently updated with a big well maintained central airconditiing designed for bigger condominios which keeps the condo fresh and as as cold as desired at all times.
