The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming, air-conditioned apartment for rent in Avignon. It has a surface area of 97 mÂČ and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 20 mÂČ living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 20 mÂČ living room with TV and sofa
- A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob... as well as a dining area
- Bedroom 1: One double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 2: One double bed (140x200)
- Bedroom 3: One double bed (140x200)
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
Outside:
- A 10mÂČ terrace to enjoy sunny days
The flat is ideally located in Avignon, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities:
- Discover the Palais des Papes and the Pont Saint-Bénézet, iconic UNESCO World Heritage sites.
- Enjoy free museums: Calvet, Requien and Lapidaire.
- Relax in the Jardin des Doms, with its panoramic view of the RhĂŽne and the city.
- Stroll through the historic centre between medieval streets and Provençal terraces.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private outdoor car park. You can also park for free on the street.
For other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest station: Avignon Centre, a 10-minute walk away
- Nearest airport: Marseilles-Provence, a 1 hour 15 minute drive away
