Welcome to my studio!
Located on the 2nd floor without an elevator, this charming and tastefully decorated 19mÂČ studio is close to the main attractions of Marais, Paris, such as HĂŽtel de Ville, Les Halles or Place de la RĂ©publique!
This studio is designed with open spaces (living room, dining room and kitchen). The living area features a large, comfortable double sofa bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. There's also a desk area with a table and a chair.
The kitchen is fully equipped with the cooking utensils and cutlery you'll need to prepare delicious meals, including a hob, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave oven.
The bathroom contains all the essentials for your comfort, including towels and free toiletries.
The studio is always professionally cleaned for your convenience.

Visit the Place des Vosges, the oldest square in Paris, and the Picasso Museum. The Marais is also known for its lively nightlife and varied restaurants. It's a great place to discover Parisian history, fashion and culture.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Saint-SĂ©bastien -Froissart (line 8), is just a 7-minute walk.
Charles de Gaulle airport is approximately a 35-minute drive from the property.
