The agency Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers for rent, in Grimaud, on the heights of Saint-Tropez, this magnificent air-conditioned villa with sea view and swimming pool, with an area of 240 m2 and can accommodate up to 8 travelers. It is composed of a pretty living room of 125 m2 (with fireplace), an open kitchen equipped, four beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (with showers), a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of about 4,100 m 2. Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor
- A living room of 125 m2 with TV, fireplace (wood not provided), corner sofa and dining area
- A modern kitchen, open and equipped with in particular: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hobs...
- A separate toilet
At level -1
- A room with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a workspace
- Suite n°1: a queen-size bed (160x200), storage and an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and WC
- Suite No. 2: a king-size bed (180x200), a TV and an en-suite bathroom (with bathtub) and WC
- Suite n°3: a king-size bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (with shower) and WC
- A bathroom with shower and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, plancha, dryer, table and iron.
Exterior:
- Private and heated swimming pool of 5x11 m, open from May 1st to October 15th. It has a security system with alarm. Any child bathing is placed under the responsibility of a parent. Non-contractual opening dates and subject to favorable weather conditions.
- A beautiful garden, private and not enclosed, of 4 100 m2 with oak liĂšges, olive trees and vineyards
- A 15 m2 covered terrace with pergola and furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A balcony terrace of 20 m2 adjoining the living room
- A balcony of 20 m2 adjacent to the kitchen
- A pétanque field
The house is ideally located in Grimaud, in a very pleasant environment with panoramic views of Saint-Tropez, its gulf and the ports of Grimaud and Cogolin. You will be able to benefit from all the essential shops nearby but also shops, restaurants, bars, market...
