Located on the first floor of a peaceful residence, the apartment is arranged around well-defined spaces, where every detail has been designed for comfort.
The entrance opens onto a bright living room with sofa and television, extending onto a north-facing balcony. Adjoining this space, the equipped and air-conditioned kitchen (no dishwasher) blends seamlessly into the living area.
Following the curve of a softly rounded hallway, youâll find the bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm), complemented by an en-suite shower room with WC. The bedroom also opens onto a second balcony, facing westâperfect for enjoying the late afternoon light.
GETTING TO THE PROPERTY
From Nice Airport: around 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: 7 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot.
